Secret in a Bottle

Secret in a Bottle (SiaB) is a platform by Filmuniversität Babelsberg: people record their secrets, seal them in a bottle and discover the stories of others.

The brief

An artistic concept as an app that feels safe: anonymous, with an avatar instead of a profile photo, and topics such as anxiety, youth or family.

The solution

An illustrated shelf full of bottles as the navigation, recording and listening as two big gestures, and filters by topic. The interface steps back so the stories can come forward.
